1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to participate. One account per person. You must provide accurate information.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited: creating fake accounts, self-referral, using bots or automated systems, referral fraud, harassment of other members, and any activity that undermines the integrity of the referral system.

5. Referral System

Referrals are subject to a 7-day validation period. Only genuine referrals from unique individuals are credited. Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All Queen of Wands branding, content, and materials are the property of Queen of Wands Productions. Members may share referral materials but may not modify or misrepresent the brand.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, all accrued points and entries are forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

This is a free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queen of Wands Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
