1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Queen of Wands Productions and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Sponsor

Queen of Wands Productions ("Sponsor").

3. Sweepstakes Period

Monthly drawings are held on the 1st of each calendar month. The Grand Prize drawing will be held upon reaching the 500-member milestone or at campaign close.

4. How to Enter

Method 1 (Online Registration): Visit the Queen of Wands website and create a free account. All verified, active members are automatically entered into the monthly T-shirt drawing.

Method 2 (Alternate Method of Entry): No registration required. Submit your entry via the free online form at the AMOE page on this website. Include your first name, last name, email, and mailing address.

Both methods provide equal chances of winning the monthly drawing.

5. Prizes

  • Monthly Drawing: Custom Queen of Wands T-shirt (approximate retail value: $30)
  • Grand Prize Drawing: Round-trip airfare for two, hotel accommodations, and two premiere tickets at a U.S. Film Festival (approximate retail value: $3,000-$5,000)
  • Top Referrer Prize: Identical to Grand Prize — awarded to the member with the most confirmed referrals at campaign close

6. Grand Prize Drawing Entries

Members earn additional entries into the Grand Prize drawing based on confirmed referral milestones: 1 entry at 25 referrals, 2 additional entries at 50 referrals, and 1 additional entry for every 25 referrals thereafter.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator. Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours. Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification by submitting shipping information. Unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except at Sponsor's discretion.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Winner names (first name + last initial + state) may be published.

10. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or circumstances beyond its control. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, WhatsApp, or any other social media platform.
